In 2011, embodied with a strong mission to instill qualities to build future entrepreneurs and to strengthen existing ones, LaKita Berry created “She’s The B.O.S.S. (Business Owners Steadfast & Strong) Business and Entrepreneur Conference”.

As a 2008 graduate of W.E.B. Women’s Entrepreneur of Baltimore and a 2010 graduate of Solomon’s School of Success; her enormous contributions along with other entrepreneurs delivered an enriching and successful event. This great impact upon the lives of others; inspired her to pursue a higher endeavor. So in 2012, under the tutelage of Patsy Anderson, owner of Perfect World Network; she ventured into the field of Internet Radio Communications. Starting as a temporary project, her innate abilities and talents quickly expanded it into a weekly talk show entitled, “She’s The B.O.S.S. Radio”.

With the purpose to enhance every listener; she creates, produces and hosts a variety of topics and resources beneficial for the home and the boardroom. Every week, she provides a platform in which all guests can share and network their businesses/services throughout the communities. With a steadily growing audience; she has expanded her weekly talk show, “She’s The B.O.S.S. Radio”, into a full network. As a loving wife, supportive mother and a successful entrepreneur; LaKita Berry strongly believes that her destiny is to edify everyone
