Promoter/ Street Team

We are seeking Creative, Energetic, and Success Motivated Event Promoters/Street Team members to promote major upcoming Events in downtown Baltimore. Position would suit college students/ freelance people seeking extra income. Candidates would be expected to distribute flyers or even wear provided tee-shirts. Multimedia Account Executive

(MD, DC, DE, PA, VA)

We are seeking seasoned sales professionals to develop dynamic marketing campaigns for new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will be someone who can develop new client relationships through effective listening, cold calling, networking and referrals from existing clients; have an innovative approach to client development and be a team player. This person will continually contact, develop and pursue direct advertising accounts and will develop small business clients. These individuals are also held accountable for achieving sales budgets and collecting on the accounts. Candidates must have a positive attitude and a drive to win. Self-motivation is essential. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Maintain account lists and soliciting new business through prospecting and cold calling
– Contact prospective customers to sell radio advertising time for broadcasting station/network
– Managing and growing existing assigned accounts/budgets
– Identifying clients’ advertising needs and developing and presenting customized solutions to meet those needs
– Develop proposals utilizing MS office products and Qualitative Research
– Prepare promotional plans, sales literature, and advertising proposals
– Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing top quality service
– Investigate and resolve customer problems
– Communicate with other departments to assure quality service in placing orders and arranging promotional events

Administrative Assistant

(INTERNSHIP) (Maryland)
We are seeking an Intern in an Administrative Assistant role. This candidate must be creative, professional, comfortable speaking with potential clients and vendors. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years experience reporting to an executive or equivalent, but not a must. The candidate must also be confident with heavy scheduling, making travel arrangements, writing correspondence, handling event ordering/office administration, event research, network marketing, online posting, incoming as well as outgoing calls, need access to a computer and the internet. Candidate must have own reliable transportation.
It is required that the candidate knows Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook Scheduler, and Access as well as Project) and have excellent typing skills. This position is only for somebody who is a self-starter and can be motivated without constant supervision.
This job is temporary with great possibility of going permanent. Compensation is negotiable.
Required Skills/Experience: Successful candidates must possess exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills. They must be self-motivated, goal driven and creative, with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. In addition, the right candidate must have:
High school graduate required; college preferred
Must have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance
Prior experience in sales/marketing; previous radio sales experience preferred

We are seeking a Social Media  and Digital Marketing Intern to assist in research, advertising and promotions for She’s The B.O.S.S. Radio Network. Candidate will assist in the creation and overall marketing program that will propel the network’s growth in the market.
This will include overseeing the general projects or working to design as well as deliver specific components of a marketing campaign. (i.e. layout of media coverage, the creation of print advertisements and project packing ideas) The candidate must be competent in evaluating the needs of the project as it relates to the given event or set projects. Candidate must understand how and where to acquire knowledge or research about an event and trends that are relevant to the particular project. Candidate needs to have the ability to efficiently gather data and utilize the information to create marketing campaigns as well as design niche strategies and promotional plans for general appeal. Candidate should be very knowledgeable of Microsoft Office products like Word, Excel, Access, Project and PowerPoint.
Candidate must be creative, professional, comfortable speaking with a team. The candidate should be comfortable with working on more than one project at a time, instructing the promotional team and creating innovative strategies to getting positive results for the projects. Candidate is required to be self-starter and should be motivated without constant supervision and must have reliable transportation. Candidate will work directly with management and or chosen promotional team members.
